  • 1 tsp of seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of beef bouillon granules
  • 1 cup of onion wedges (sliced thinly)
  • 1 chuck roast (boneless)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Seasoning Mix:

  • 1 cup of salt
  • 1/4 cup of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of garlic powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl, combine seasoning mix, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the dry mixture on both sides of the roast.
  4. In a skillet, heat oil to cook the roast, searing both sides.
  5. Place the roast in a roaster pan.
  6. In a skillet, add garlic and onions to and cook for about 2 minutes.
  7. Place the onions and garlic into the roaster pan and add bay leaves.
  8. In a bowl, combine wine, beef bouillon, mushroom soup, and Worcestershire sauce and pour it over the meat.
  9. Add water.
  10. Place foil on the pan to cover it and bake for 3 hours.
  11. Throw away the bay leaves.

Preparation

  2. In skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat for about 6 minutes, stirring regularly.
  3. Add in flour and stir.

  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 15 oz. can of pumpkin
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs

Icing:

  • 1/2 cup of margarine (softened)
  • 8 oz. of cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups of confectioners’ sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Use an electric mixer to combine oil, pumpkin, sugar, and eggs.
  3. In a bowl, add baking soda, salt, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix to combine.
  5. On a greased baking pan (13 X 10), spread the batter, baking it for about 30 minutes.
  6. Allow it to cool, and then slice into bars.
  7. Make the icing by combining butter and cream cheese in a bowl, using an electric mixer.
  8. Include the sugar and mix to combine.
  9. Add in vanilla and mix to combine.
  10. Spread the icing on the pumpkin bars.

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine milk and egg.
  2. In another bowl, whisk crackers, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and steak seasoning.
  3. First, dip the steaks into the egg and milk mixture, and then in the flour mixture.
  4. Place a skillet with oil over medium-high heat to cook the steaks, cooking each side for 4 minutes.

  • 6 tbsp of butter (cold, unsalted, and cut into cubes)

  • 1 scoop of ice cream

Preparation

  1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add peaches, 2 tbsp of flour, and 1/4 cup of sugar in a bowl and mix to combine.
  3. Place them onto a baking dish (8-inch).
  4. Combine 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of flour, baking powder, butter, and salt in a food processor and pulse, until they become coarse.
  5. Add cream and pulse one more time.
  6. Drop the batter on top of the peaches.
  7. Place the baking dish on top of a rimmed sheet.
  8. Bake for about 60 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
