American Juicy Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- Canola oil, 1 tbsp
- 1 large-sized onion, thinly chopped
- 1 jalapeno chili, minced
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Cumin (ground), ½ tsp
- Chili powder, to taste (keep it low for a more American taste)
- Ground beef, 1 lb
- Tomatoes (diced, with juice), 1 can
- 8 corn tortillas, 6” each
- Iceberg lettuce (chopped), 2 cups
- Pickled cucumbers (chopped), 1 cup
- Sour cream, 6 tbsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, 1 cup
- black olives (pitted, sliced), ½ cup
- cilantro, 4 tbsp
Preparation
- Place a large skillet over med-high heat. Add oil.
- Stir in jalapeno and onion when the oil is hot. Stir and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Add garlic and stir. Stir in cumin and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute until the mixture is fragrant.
- Add beef to the spices and stir well. Cook for 5 minutes until browned from all sides. Break meat while cooking into thin shreds. Add tomatoes and stir well to combine.
- Adjust the heat to low and let cook for another 10-12 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Season with more salt and pepper if required.
- Meanwhile, prepare tortillas by warming them in a dry pan. Place tortillas in separate serving plates.
- When the beef mixture is ready, spoon enough in each tortilla. Top with iceberg, pickled cucumber, sour cream, cheese, olives and cilantro. You can use your favorite garnishes too.
- Serve immediately to enjoy warm and delicious flavors.
Beef Cheeseburger With Mushroom Sauce

Nothing could beat the craving of beef other than a cheesy beef cheeseburger. But why order when you can make a fantastic one at home. You can enjoy the burger or serve the beef patty with mushroom sauce on the top as a steak – choice is yours.
Ingredients
Beef Burger
- Ground beef chuck (80% lean), 1 ½ lbs
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- ½ large-sized tomato, slices
- Lettuce leaves, 2 crispy leaves
- Cheddar cheese, 8 slices
- 4 sesame buns, split
Mushroom Sauce
- Butter, 1 tsp
- Button mushrooms (sliced), 1 cup
- Fresh cream, 1 cup
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Freshly ground black pepper, 1 ½ tsp
- Garlic, 2 cloves (crushed)
Preparation
- Place ground beef in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Divide the meat evenly and form 4 balls and shape them into patties. The patties should not be more than 1 inch thick.
- Preheat a grill to high heat setting. Grill beef patties for 3-5 minutes on each side until it reaches your desirable level of doneness. Flip and cook on the other side too.
- Meanwhile, prepare the mushroom sauce. Heat butter in a saucepan over med heat. Add mushrooms and continue to fry until browned. Add cream and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally and cook for 5 minutes making sure the cream does not over boil. Once the sauce is half, add garlic and stir well. Cook for another minute and your mushroom sauce is ready.
- When the patties are ready too, place on the buns. Top with 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 1 tbsp of mushroom sauce each, lettuce leaves and tomatoes. Cover with the bun and serve.
Note: If the burger seems too much, ladle mushroom sauce over the beef steaks and serve without buns.
Beef Steak With Creamy Ranch Sauce

Ingredients
- Beefsteak, 2 pieces (1 lb each)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce, 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp
- Salt, ¼ tsp
- Honey, 1 tsp
- Ground chili pepper, to taste
- Paprika, 1/8 tsp
- Tamarind paste, 2 tbsp
- Prepared ranch sauce, ½
Preparation
- Start with mashing the garlic in a small mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, paprika, honey, and ground chili pepper to the bowl and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Add tamarind paste and mix again.
- Pour the mixture in a zip lock bag along with the beefsteaks and seal tight.
- Rub the paste on the beef surface evenly. Set for marinate for 8 hours to overnight in a refrigerator.
- To cook, spray a grill pan with cooking spray.
- Add steaks and cook undisturbed for 6 minutes. Flip and continue cooking on the other side too.
- When it reaches desirable level of doneness, remove and serve in a platter.
- Divide ranch sauce and top on each of the steak. Serve with garlic break and grilled veggies on the side. Enjoy!
Honey BBQ Beef And Potato Bake

Ingredients
Steak
- Skirt steak, 2 lbs
- Olive oil, ½ cup
- 7 garlic cloves (3 crushed, 4 sliced)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Small red potatoes (quartered), 1 ½ lbs
Honey BBQ Sauce
- Honey, 1 cup
- Molasses, ¼ cup
- Ketchup, 3 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp
- Paprika, ½ tsp
- Ground ginger, 1/8 tsp
- Meat tenderizer, 1 tbsp
- Brown sugar, 1 ½ cup
- Prepared mustard, 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp
- Steak sauce, ¼ cup
- Oregano (dried), ¼ tsp
- Salt, ¼ tsp
- Ground black pepper, 1/8 tsp
Preparation
- In a plastic bag, add steak along with sliced garlic, olive oil, and parsley. Shake and rub ingredients into steak to adjust flavors. Set to marinate for hour or overnight (as per your preferences).
- Set the oven to preheat oven at 450 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, toss potatoes with remaining crushed garlic and 2 tablespoon olive oil. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Spread potatoes on a greased baking sheet and set to bake for 20 minutes until crispy and golden. While roasting, turn occasionally using a metal spatula.
- The prepare steak, remove from the bag and rub off garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Heat grill and grease with some oil. Add the steak and cook undisturbed for 7 minutes on each side.
- Meanwhile, prepare the honey BBQ sauce. Stir all the ingredients together until well blended. Refrigerate until the steak is ready.
- When steak reaches your desirable doneness, transfer to a plate and cover with foil for the next 10 minutes to keep warm.
- Serve steak with potatoes, green veggies and honey BBQ sauce on the top.

Beef Noodle Stir Fry With Sauce

Ingredients
- Noodles, 2 pkg.
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Beef top sirloin fillet (thinly sliced), 8 oz.
- Cremini mushrooms (sliced), 1 cup
- Broccoli florets, 1 cup
- 2 medium-sized carrots, diced
Sauce
- Soy sauce (sodium reduced), 1/3 cup
- Oyster sauce, 3 tbsp
- Brown sugar (packed) 1 tbsp
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- Ginger (freshly grated), 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tsp
- Red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp
- Freshly ground black pepper, ¼ tsp
Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and set aside.
- Follow the instructions on the package to prepare noodles. Drain well and set aside.
- Place a large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and heat. Add beef and continue cooking. Cook for 4 minutes, flipping once. Cook until tender and set aside.
- Stir in broccoli, mushrooms, and carrots to the skillet. Cook until tender for about 4 minutes. Add beef, noodles, and soy sauce mixture. Toss to combine.
- Serve immediately for delicious flavors.
Creamy Beef Lasagna

Ingredients
- Olive oil, 2 tsp
- 1 medium-sized brown onion, thinly chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- Lean beef (mince), 1 lb
- Tomato pasta sauce, 1 bottle
- Red wine, ½ cup
- Caster sugar, 1 tsp
- Dried lasagna (pasta sheets), 1 pkg.
- Thickened cream, 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese (grated), 2 cups
- Parmesan cheese (grated), ¼ cup
Preparation
- Place a heavy saucepan over med-high heat. Add oil.
- When the oil is hot, add garlic and onion and sauté for 3 minutes until onion is tender.
- Add mince and stir well. Cook while stirring with a wooden spoon and break up mince until browned. Cook for 8 minutes.
- Add sauce, sugar and wine. Season with salt and pepper and stir to mix well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and adjust heat to low. Simmer (without covering with the lid) for 40 minutes. This will thicken the sauce. Remove from heat.
- Set the oven to preheat setting at 180 degrees C. Grease a baking dish. Spoon ½ cup mince mixture on the base of the dish. Arrange one quarter of pasta sheet over the mixture. Add the mince mixture along with ¼ cream. Cover with cheddar cheese.
- Repeat the same layer twice and top with pasta sheet, cream and cheddar cheese in the end. Lastly, cover with parmesan and cover with foil.
- Set to bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for 15 minutes until the pasta sheets are tender. When the cheese is golden, remove and serve immediately.
