Preparation

  1. Follow the package instructions to prepare the spaghetti. Drain, reserve 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.
  2. Use lemons for both zest and juice. Make sure you have around ½ cup lemon juice and a tablespoon of zest.
  3. Add olive oil in a large skillet and place over low-med heat. Add cream, reserved pasta water and zest. Stir and combine and cook for 2 minutes over high heat.

  • Vegetable broth, 1 ¾ cups
  • Grated lemon peel, 1 tbsp
  • Asparagus (trim ends, cut crosswise in thirds), 1 lb

Preparation
