Fat & Meaty Cheese Burger

Try this meaty cheese burger that is topped with more meat.
Ingredients
For Coleslaw:
- Champagne vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded Napa cabbage - 3/4 head
- Sliced garlic - 1 clove
- Spicy mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Thinly sliced jalapeno pepper - 1
- Thinly sliced small red onion - 1/2
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
For Burgers
- Thinly sliced pastrami - 8 ounces
- Swiss cheese - 4 slices
- Sesame seed buns - 4
- Salt to taste
- Melted unsalted butter - 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Ground sirloin - 8 ounces
- Ground brisket - 8 ounces
- Ground boneless short rib - 8 ounces
Preparation
- Prepare coleslaw by mixing mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustards, garlic, salt, jalapenos, onions, and cabbage. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill. Start by combining together the brisket, sirloin, and short rib. Make 4 equal patties and sprinkle with salt.
- Place on the frill and cook over high heat for 3-5 minutes.
- Make 4 separate piles of the pastrami and heat them in a pan over medium heat. Cook for 2 minutes and place a slice of cheese over each pile. Remove from the pan once the cheese has melted.
- Brush the inside of the buns with butter and toast.
- Place the pastrami on the bottom bun and top with coleslaw, and the top bun.
Barbecue Cheese Burger

Try this juicy, cheesy, and beefy burger with the most delicious barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
- Ground beef - 2/3 pound
- Barbecue sauce - 1/2 cup
- French fried onions - 1/2 cup
- Peeled and pitted ripe avocado - 1
- Juice from half a lemon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sharp cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Split hamburger buns - 2
- Strips of thick-cut bacon - 4
Preparation
- Make thick burger patties with meat and season with salt & pepper.
- Mash avocado into a smooth mixture, add salt & pepper, lemon juice, combine and set aside.
- Cook bacon over medium heat in a large skillet until crispy. Drain oil by placing the bacon on butter paper.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over high heat and flip once. Top with cheese and remove once the cheese has melted.
- Assemble the burgers by adding barbecue sauce inside the buns. Add patties and top them with bacon, avocado, fried onions, and serve.
Caramelized Onion & Jalapeno Relish Cheese Burger

This Latin burger recipe is spicy, cheesy, and heavenly.
Ingredients
- Ground sirloin - 3/4 pound
- Ground chuck - 3/4 pound
- Mayonnaise - 3/4 cup
- Casings removed and crumbled raw chorizo - 1/2 pound
- Dry bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Drained, bottled and sliced jalapeno chilies - 1/2 cup
- Dark brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- Adobo seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Grated large onion - 1
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Finely sliced large yellow onions - 2
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Drained medium jarred roasted red bell peppers - 2
- Oaxaca cheese or mozzarella - 6 slices
- Hamburger rolls - 6
Preparation
- Mix the beef, adobo seasoning, chorizo, bread crumbs, and the grated onion in a bowl. Make 6 patties and place them in a waxed paper lined baking pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat and add onions, salt & pepper, brown sugar, and jalapeno chilies. Let them cook until the chilies and onions are caramelized.
- Blend the roasted red peppers and add the mayonnaise alongside salt & pepper. The mixture should be smooth.
- Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and place the patties on the grill. Cook until medium-well and top with cheese slices. Set them aside when the cheese has melted.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides of the buns and place burger patties on the bottom halves. Top the patties with caramelized onion and jalapeno relish, and the top bun.
Bacon Cheddar Hamburgers

A simple but completely heavenly cheese hamburger that will blow your mind!
Ingredients
- Shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
- Cheese slices for topping
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Real bacon bits - 1/2 cup
- Ground beef - 1 pound
- Prepared horseradish - 2 tablespoons
- Hamburger buns - 4
Preparation
- Preheat the grill on high heat.
- Mix together the cheese, garlic powder, bacon, ground beef, horseradish, and salt & pepper. Make 4 patties from the mixture.
- Spray the grill with oil and place hamburger patties on it. Cook for 5 minutes or until well done.
- Place cheese slices over the patties and remove from the grill once the cheese has melted.

- Onion powder - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Deli-counter American cheese - 12 slices
- Large toasted burger buns - 6
Preparation
- Mix ground beef, salt & pepper, and onion powder. Make 6 burger patties.
- Preheat the grill, spray an iron skillet with cooking oil, and cook the patties until cooked. Place cheese over the patties and let it melt.
- Remove patties from the skillet and place on the bottom part of the toasted bun.
- Garnish it with your desired sauce, veggies, and pickles.
