- 1 cup mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves, chopped, or half a package of frozen spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or high for 1 to 2 hours.

- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 cans of apple pie filling

- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c of light brown sugar, packed

- 1 c of heavy whipping cream
- 1 c of milk
- 1 1/4 t of vanilla extract
- 1/4 c of butter, melted
- 1/2 c of raisins
- 1/2 c crushed or chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 20 slices of white or wheat bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
Glaze
- 1/3 c heavy whipping cream
- 1 c white sugar
- 1/2 c of butter
- 1.5 T of rum
Cook on low for 2 hours. Top with glaze, if desired, and serve warm.
Crockpot Cinnamon Roll Casserole

There are just so many reasons to love this crockpot cinnamon roll casserole. It’s easy, it tastes delicious, and it lets you pull off a made-from-scratch meal using store-bought ingredients.
Ingredients
- 2 12 oz tubes of cinnamon rolls cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
Combine all ingredients except cinnamon rolls in a large bowl and mix well. Spray your crockpot with a nonstick cooking oil. Place a layer of cinnamon rolls on the bottom, then top with the mixture, followed by another layer of cinnamon rolls. Top with a packet of icing from one of the cinnamon roll packages. Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours and serve hot with the remaining icing packet.
Christmas Apple Cider

Ingredients
- 1 liter apple juice, pure unsweetened
- 2 cups orange juice, pure unsweetened
- 1 liter cranberry juice, unsweetened
- ½ cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
- 3 cinnamon sticks, whole
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Cook 3-4 hours on low or until thoroughly hot.
