Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped walnuts
  • 4 cups of semisweet chocolate chips

  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ cup of white sugar
  • 1 ½ cups of packed brown sugar
  • 2 cups of softened butter
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 4 ½ cups of all purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Sift the baking soda and flour together and then set aside.
  2. Take a large bowl and cream the white sugar, brown sugar, and butter together. Beat this in the instant pudding mix until it has been blended well. Stir the vanilla and eggs together. Blend the flour mixture in. After this, stir the nuts and chocolate chips in. Drop the cookies in rounded spoonfuls on a cooking sheet that is ungreased.
  3. Bake this for around 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

  • 2 1/3 cups of mashed and overripe bananas
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C and lightly grease a loaf pan of 9x5 inches.
  2. Take a large bowl and combine together salt, baking soda, and flour. Take another bowl and cream brown sugar and butter together. Stir the mashed bananas and eggs in until they have become well blended. Stir the flour mixture with the banana mixture, enough to moisten. Pour the batter in the loaf pan that has been prepared.
  3. Bake this for around 60 to 65 minutes until the toothpick inserted into the loaf’s center is clean when it comes out. Allow the bread to cool for around 10 minutes and then keep it on a wire rack.

  • ½ cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of white sugar
  • ½ cup of butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C. Take a square pan of 8 inches and grease and flour it.
  2. Take a large saucepan and melt the ½ cup of butter in it. Remove this from heat and then stir the 1 teaspoon vanilla, eggs, and sugar into it. Beat in the baking powder, salt, ½ cup flour, and 1/3 cup cocoa. Spread the batter in the pan.
  3. Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes but take care not to overcook.
  4. For frosting, combine together 1 cup of confectioners’ sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, honey, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and 3 tablespoons of softened butter. Stir this until it becomes smooth. Frost the brownies while still warm.

  • 4 eggs

  • 15 crushed graham crackers

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C and grease a springform pan of 9 inches.
  2. Take a medium sized bowl and mix together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press this on the bottom of the springform pan.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix together sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the milk and then mix eggs one by one. Mix the sour cream, flour, and vanilla in until it has become smooth. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  4. Bake for around an hour and then turn off the oven so that the cake can cool while still in the oven. Allow this to happen for about 5 to 6 hours so that cracking can be prevented. Chill the cake inside a refrigerator until you serve.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C and take a saucepan to melt butter in. Stir the flour in so that a paste can form. Add in brown sugar, white sugar, and water and boil. Reduce the temperature and allow it to simmer.
  2. Place bottom crust in pan and fill with apples (mound them slightly). Cover this using lattice work crust. Pour in butter liquid and sugar on top of the crust gently and slowly so that there is no running off.
  3. Bake this for around 15 minutes and then reduce temperature to 175 degrees C. Bake further for around 35 to 45 minutes until the apples become soft.

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Take 10 muffin cups and grease them lightly or line them using muffin papers.
  2. Take a large bowl and mix in salt, baking powder, baking soda, and 1 ½ cups of flour together. Take another bowl and beat in melted butter, egg, sugar, and bananas together. Stir flour mixture with banana mixture until moistened. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
  3. Take a small bowl and mix cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of flour, and brown sugar together. Cut in a tablespoon of butter until the mixture looks like coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle this topping on top of the muffins.
  4. Bake this for around 18 to 20 minutes until the toothpick that you insert in the muffin’s center is clean when it comes out.
