  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Preparation

  1. Slice avocados lengthwise, taking care not to mash the avocados as you slice them. Drizzle them with lime juice to prevent discoloration.
  2. Place flour in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  3. Place eggs in a separate bowl and beat gently until yolks and whites are combined.
