Lucky Green Beer

Here are some simple and easy cocktail recipes for any adult St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Enjoy!

Ingredients

• Your choice of beer
• Green dye

Preparation

1. Drop a couple drops of green dye into your favorite beer.
2. Watch out for a green tongue!

Shamrock Shaker

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
• 1/2 ounce amaretto
• 2 1/2 ounces milk
• Green and gold garnish powder (found at cake-decorating supply stores), edible

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
3. Sprinkle powders on top.

Pot O’ Gold

Ingredients

• 2 ounces your choice Vodka
• 1/2 ounce syrup
• 4 1 in. slices of cucumber
• 8 fresh mint leaves
• Ginger beer
• Mint & extra cucumber for garnish

Preparation

1. Muddle cucumber and mint.
2. Add vodka and syrup.
3. Shake and strain into chilled glass.
4. Top with ginger beer.
5. Garnish with cucumber slice and mint leaf.

Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Brown sugar syrup (one part brown sugar, one part water)
• Warm coffee
• Unsweetened cream, lightly whipped

Preparation

1. Fill 2/3 glass with coffee.
2. Add whiskey and syrup.
3. Top with whipped cream.

Emerald Isle Drink

Ingredients

• 1 part Gin
• 1 tsp Green Crème de menthe
• 2 dashes of bitters

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into martini glass.

St. Patrick’s Punch

Ingredients

• 2 (12 ounce) cans frozen limeade concentrate
• 2 cups Lemon-Lime Gatorade
• 1 cup light rum
• 2 cans lemon-lime soda (Sprite or 7-Up)

Preparation

1. Mix everything except soda.
2. Chill.
3. Add soda just before serving.

Irish Car Bomb

Ingredients

• Irish stout (i.e. Guinness)
• Shot of Irish Whiskey (i.e. Jameson)

Preparation

1. Pour stout into pint glass.
2. When ready, drop shot glass of whiskey into pint.

Irish Julep

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Basil Hayden’s Bourbon
• ½ oz. DeKuyper Crème de Menthe
• 1 oz. half and half cream
• Mint sprig

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients into high ball ice-filled glass.
2. Garnish with mint sprig.
