Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef (lean)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 carrots (diced)
- 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp of fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups of beef broth
- 1 tbsp of tomato paste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 potatoes (diced and peeled)
- 1/4 cup of softened butter
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 pound of Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- To make the filling, place a skillet on the stove over medium-heat.
- Crumble the ground beef and sauté it for a minute.
- Add carrot, onion, and sauté it for 5 minutes.
- Include the seasoning, parsley, flour, and cinnamon into it.
- Mix tomato paste and beef broth in a bowl.
- Add beef mixture, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour the mixture in a pie plate (9-inch).
- To make potato topping, put the potatoes in a pan, add water to cover them, and place the pan over high heat.
- Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes and drain.
- Mash the potatoes, add butter, then milk, and whip.
- Add black pepper and salt to taste, spread it over the beef filling, and sprinkle cheese on top of it.
- Place the pie plate in the oven for about 25 minutes.
- Serve.

- 2 tsp of mustard
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp of hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2/3 cup of oats (quick cooking)
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1/2 pound of ground pork
- 1/2 pound of ground veal
Preparation
- Add sugar, apple cider vinegar, and ketchup in a bowl and mix.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use cooking spray to coat two loaf pans (9 X 5).
- Place the green pepper and onion in a bowl, place it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and let it cool.
- Put eggs, thyme, garlic, salt, mustard, black pepper, hot sauce, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and oats in a bowl and mix.
- Add in the green pepper and onion.
- Add the pork, beef, and veal next.
- Mix all the ingredients together using your hands.
- Divide the mixture in half and flatten half of it into each pan.
- Brush each loaf with glaze and put the rest aside.
- Bake the mixture in the oven for about 50 minutes.

- 1 poblano pepper
- 1 white onion (chopped)

- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp of salt (kosher)
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 2 pounds of ground chuck beef

- 2 cans of spicy enchilada sauce
- 2 cups of chicken broth (low-sodium)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of ground sirloin
- 2 tbsp of pickled jalapeño peppers (chopped)

Ingredients
- 2 cups of kernel yellow whole corn (frozen and thawed)
- 5 tsp of olive oil (divided)
- 9-oz. of ground beef sausage links (without casings)
- 1 sweet onion (chopped)
- 2 tsp of chili powder
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- 1 bottle of salsa verde
- 2 cans of green chilies (chopped)
- 1 can of navy beans (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tbsp of lime juice
- 6 cups of original flavored corn chips

Preparation
- Place 3 tbsp of oil in a skillet over medium heat, place corn into it, sauté it for about 4 minutes, and remove them from the skillet.
