Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt and some for sprinkling
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (16 tbsp.) unsalted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Nutella

Preparation

  • Add Nutella in a plastic bag such that the spread is in one corner of the bag. Twist the bag without letting the spread get squeezed out. Cut off one corner of the bag to make a small pipe.
  • Pipe little chocolate on parchment paper lined on a baking sheet. Make two dozen chocolate droplets and place the baking sheet in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and cook, whisking frequently. When the butter begins to brown, remove from the heat.
  • Now line baking sheets with parchments paper.
  • Whisk together the baking soda, salt, and flour in a bowl.
  • Combine the sugars and the brown butter in a food processor over medium speed. Once smooth, add in the egg yolk and mix.
  • Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla in the mixer and combine on low speed.
  • Add in the dry ingredients into the mixer and make sure they are well incorporated, and fold in the chocolate chips. Place the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and scoop 2 tablespoon dough and press a deep notch into the center of the dough. Fill this deep indentation with frozen Nutella and cover the center with the dough from the edges such that Nutella is completely sealed.
  • Pinch small holes into the dough and place the cookies in the baking sheet and into the oven. Bake until the cookies turn golden brown and are properly cooked.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the cookies with salt and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Icing sugar mixture, to serve
  • 300 ml thickened cream, whipped

  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Preparation

  • Grease a spring form pan with cooking spray.
  • Add biscuits into a mixer and mix until crumbs are formed. Now add butter and let it combine and add this mixture in the pan and press. Place the pan in the refrigerator to cool for about 20 minutes.
  • In a heatproof jug, add gelatin over boiling water and whish using a fork until gelatin is combined. Set the mixture aside to cool.
  • Now beat sugar, vanilla and cream cheese in a mixer. Add in the cooled gelatin mixture into the mixing bowl and combine. Combine whipped cream and add 1 cup blueberries.
  • Pour this mixture into the pan with the base and smooth top using a spatula.
  • Add the remaining blueberries on top and cover the pan with plastic wrap and foil.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and make sure you freeze it for at least a day.
  • Once frozen, dust it with icing sugar and dig in.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 355 degrees F.
  • Grease a round baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with boiling water and melt the chocolate.
  • Once the chocolate has melted, add in the sugar and the butter, and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
  • When the chocolate has slightly cooled, add in the beaten eggs and combine.
  • Add flour in a separate bowl with the baking powder and strain. Now gently add this mixture into the chocolate mixture.

  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Preparation

  • Spray cooking oil in a slow cooker.
  • Mix together 2 tablespoons cocoa, salt, baking powder, ½ cup granulated sugar, and the flour in a bowl.
  • Add milk into the bowl alongside vanilla and olive oil, and scrape this mixture into the slow cooker, making sure to smooth the top of the batter.
  • Now combine ¼ cup cocoa powder, the espresso powder, and the brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add in the boiling water and pour this mixture over the batter.
  • Cover the cooker and cook the mixture on high.
