Here are 4 of the best cooling poolside drink recipes to not only tantalize your taste buds, but cool you from within as well.
Virgin Pineapple and Grape Mojito

Nature’s wonderful goodness combined with an uplifting punch in this awesome combination of three completely different flavors making magic together.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Grape Juice
- 1 tbsp Concentrated lime juice
- 1 tsp Agave nectar to taste
- 4 pieces Diced or cubed pineapple
- 3 slices Fresh lime
- 4-5 leaves Fresh mint
- ½ cup Sparkling water or club soda
- 1-2 Ice cubes
Preparation
- Puree or finely crush pineapple pieces in a small bowl using either the back of a spoon or a food processor.
- Add the mint leaves and lightly crush or simply bruise the leaves to get all the flavor out.
- Transfer this mixture into a serving glass. Add ice cubes first, then lime juice, grape juice and sparkling water or soda.
- Add Agave nectar to desired sweetness. Give the drink a very gentle mix and enjoy.
Peach Limeade

Bringing these two wonderful refreshers together in this creative drink is sure to wow you.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Lemon juice
- 3 Fresh peaches, seeded
- ½ cup Agave nectar, or to taste
- 5 cups Chilled water
Preparation
- Puree 2 of the peaches in a blender with a cup of water. Strain to remove coarse particles
- Add peach juice, Agave and lemon juice in a pitcher, mix well to combine all ingredients
- Slice the remaining peach. Add water, peach slices and refrigerate before serving.
Cucumber Mint Gimlet

Turns out, there are uses of cucumbers other than putting them on your eyes or in salads! Make this instant refresher of a drink for some healthy hydration.
Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber
- 3-4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 sprig Fresh mint
- 1 tbsp Sugar or to taste
- 1/3 cup Gin
Preparation
- Peel, seed and chop about 2/3 of the cucumber, puree finely, strain into a bowl and chill.
- Combine the lemon juice, mint sprig and sugar in a pitcher and crush with a spatula or a pestle.
- Stir in the gin and cucumber juice top and off with cucumber slices and a leaf or two of mint.
Coronita Cocktail

Summer relaxation is simply not complete without a refreshing cocktail. Try this amazing version of the classic Margarita and chill!
Ingredients
- 3 oz- Pre-made Margarita mix
- 1 ¼ oz- Avion tequila
- 1- 7 oz Coronita beer
- ½ oz- Triple Sec
- 1 Lime wedge
Preparation
- Rub the rim of the glass in salt
- Shake the Margarita mix, Triple Sec, tequila and ice cubes in a shaker.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass filled two thirds with ice.
- If you have a bottle holder clip, invert and clip the bottle in place or in case you don’t have a holder, simply invert the bottle in the glass (you will need a large enough glass for this).
