Mango Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of mangoes
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar (seasoned)
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1 tsp of chili paste
- 1 tbsp of cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 chili Thai pepper (minced)
- Juice from 1 lime
Preparation
- Combine mango, chili pepper, chili paste, lime juice, garlic, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Cover it and allow it to stand for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
Spicy Cranberry Sauce

The spicy cranberry sauce includes quinces, which you can find at any local store that sells Mexican food. Prepare the spicy cranberry sauce dip at your next event to give people something new to dip their snacks into.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of white sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
- 2 cups of water
- 1 pound of quinces (peeled, cored, and diced)
- 1 zest of orange
- 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
- 3 cups of cranberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp of cloves (ground)
- 1/2 tsp of ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
Preparation
- Combine cloves, sugar, cinnamon, and allspice into a pan.
- Add water, increase the heat, and bring it to a boil, keep stirring until the sugar completely dissolves.
- Stir in the quince and decrease the heat.
- Cook the quince for 5 minutes.
- Add in orange juice, orange zest, cranberries, and vinegar.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil over high heat, decrease the heat to medium-low, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Cook the sauce before serving.
Tangy Raspberry Sauce

This is the perfect topping for ice cream, pie, pastry, cake, and cupcake. This recipe is not difficult to prepare either and the taste of raspberries is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar (granulated)
- 3 cups of raspberries
- 1 cup of raspberry jam (seedless)
- 1 tbsp of raspberry liqueur
Preparation
- Combine the raspberries, 1/4 cup of water, and sugar into a pan.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil, decrease the heat, and let it simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Place the raspberry liqueur, jam, and cooked raspberries into a food processor and blend to smooth.
- Put in the fridge and serve.
Buttery Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup of dry white wine
- 1 dash of hot pepper sauce
- 1 dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp of parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp of shallots (minced)
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 cup of full-fat cream
- 2 sticks of butter (unsalted, cut, and at room temperature)
- 2 tbsp of garlic (minced)
- 3 lemons (peeled and quartered)
- Ground black pepper (3 turns in blender)
Preparation
- Place a skillet over high heat, add wine, garlic, lemons, and shallots, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Use a wire whisk to break up and mash the lemons.
- Stir in black pepper, salt, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cream and cook for another minute.
- Decrease the heat to low and whisk in the cut up butter, few cubes at a time.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and continue to whisk, until you have completely incorporated the butter into the mixture.
- Strain the mixture into a bowl, pressing down to release the liquid.
- Garnish it with parsley and serve.
Dill And Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 5 tbsp of butter (unsalted and cubed)
- 1/4 cup of dill
- 1/2 cup of shallots (minced)
- 1/2 cup of full-fat cream
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 tsp of mustard (Dijon)
- 1 tsp of garlic (minced)
- 1 juice from lemon
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp of dried leaf oregano
- 1 tbsp of dried thyme
- 1 tbsp of onion powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp of paprika
- 2 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of salt
Preparation
- Combine garlic, lemon, wine, and shallots in a pan.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil.
- Add in dill pickles and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add cream and mustard and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add butter, one cube at a time, whisking until you have incorporated all the butter.
- Season the mixture with black pepper and salt.
- Serve the sauce with grilled veggies and cake.
- Sprinkle seasoning, created by combining all the 8 ingredients together, and serve.
Papaya Sauce

Ingredients
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup of scallion (finely sliced and only the green parts)
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
- 1/4 cup of cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp of lime zest (grated)
- 1 cup of papaya (diced)
- 1 cup cucumbers (peeled, seeded, and diced)
Preparation
- Combine papaya, cucumbers, scallion, lime juice, lime zest, and cilantro in a bowl and mix.
- Sprinkle it with black pepper and salt.
- Serve.
Wild Blueberry And Citrus Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cups of wild blueberries (frozen)
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of lemon zest
- 4 tsp of cornstarch
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar (dark)
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
- 1/4 cup of water
Preparation
- Combine the orange juice, blueberries, and lemon juice into a pan over medium heat and bring all the ingredients to a boil.
- Add in ground cinnamon, lemon zest, and decrease the heat to low.
- Add cornstarch and brown sugar into the berry mixture to thicken it.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
