Ingredients

  • Chicken (ground), 2 lbs
  • Natural maple syrup, 3 tbsp
  • Rubbed sage, 2 tsp
  • Sea salt, 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder, 1 tsp
  • Parsley (dried), 1 ½ tsp
  • Black pepper, 1 tsp
  • Onion powder, 1 tsp
  • Thyme (dried), ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg (ground), ¼ tsp
  • Red pepper flakes, ¼ tsp
  • Cloves (ground), a pinch
  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Place chicken in a large mixing bowl. Add maple syrup, rubbed sage, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, thyme, cloves, nutmeg, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper and combine everything together. Mix until the spices are all well incorporated.
  3. Use the mixture to form patties (not more than 2 oz. each). You can start with rolling it first and flattening it to achieve the perfect size and shape.
  4. Place a skillet over low-med heat. Add olive oil.
  5. When oil is hot, add the patties to the pan.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes and flip to cook on the other side. Cook for another 3 minutes until brown from both sides.
  7. Remove and place on a serving platter. The patties can be served with scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • Butter, 2 tbsp
  • 1 russet potato (diced)
  • 1 sweet potato (diced)
  • 1 medium-sized red onion, thick slices
  • 5 mushrooms, thick slices
  • Broccoli florets, 2 cups
  • Pre-cooked chicken (BBQ chicken or chicken sausages), 2 cups
  • Red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Microwave or boil potatoes (both russet and sweet potatoes) until tender.
  2. Place a large cast-iron skillet over low-med heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and let it melt.
  3. Add onion and mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  4. Add tenderized potatoes and remaining butter and cook until potatoes start to change color.
  5. Add chicken and broccoli. Stir well to adjust flavors.
  6. Cook for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly warmed.
  7. Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes as per your taste.

Note: You can add bell peppers and carrots to add more color and flavor to the breakfast skillet.

Ingredients

Crust

  • Greek yogurt, 1 ½ cups
  • Self raising flour, 1 ¾ cup + more for dusting
  • Olive oil, for top drizzle
  • Coarse salt, a pinch

Pizza Sauce

  • Butter, 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock (unsalted), ½ cup
  • Garlic (minced), 2 tsp
  • All-purpose flour, 2 tbsp
  • Coarse salt, to taste
  • Parmesan cheese (grated), 2 tbsp
  • Ground black pepper, to taste

Pizza

  • Chicken sausages, 2 cups (you can use homemade sausages if you like)
  • Leafy greens (your favorite, roughly chopped), 1 cup
  • 4 large-sized eggs (scrambled)
  • Sharp cheddar cheese, ½ cup
  • 2-3 large-sized eggs
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded), ½ cup

Preparation

  1. Set the oven to preheat setting at 400 degrees F. Place flatbread stone in the oven.
  2. To prepare the crust, add Greek yogurt, salt and self-rising flour in a bowl of electric mixture. Run the mixture at a uniform speed for 4-6 minutes until it forms a dough ball. You may need to scrape down the sides.
  3. Dust a cutting board with some flour and place the dough. Use your hand to flatten the dough into a thin, round crust. Remove flatbread stone from the oven and place the crust over it. Drizzle with some olive oil and set aside.
  4. For the topping, place a saucepan over low-med heat, add butter and garlic and cook until butter melts and garlic is fragrant. Whisk in flour and continue cooking. Whisk continuously for 2 minutes. Add chicken stick and continue whisking until smooth. Cook for 4 minutes and allow the sauce to thicken. Season with salt and pepper and stir in parmesan cheese.
  5. Turn the stove off and let cool for a minute. Spread sauce on the pizza dough.
  6. For the final topping, add chicken sausages, greens, and scrambled eggs on the top. Sprinkle with cheeses. Create a few crevices on the top and crack egg in each section.
  7. Set to bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheeses are melted and brown, the crust ready, and the eggs cooked on top.
  8. Remove from the oven and slice carefully.
  9. Serve immediately for amazing flavor.

  • 2 medium-sized eggs
  • Milk, ¾ cup
  • Sugar, ¾ tsp
  • All-purpose flour, ½ cup
  • Cream of chicken soup, ½ cup
  • Nutmeg (ground), 1 dash
  • Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp
  • Frozen or fresh asparagus, 1 cup
  • Cooked chicken (chopped), 1 cup
  • Cooked ham (chopped), 1/3 cup
  • Heavy whipping cream, ½ cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated), ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise, 1/3 cup

Preparation

  1. To prepare the wraps, beat milk and eggs together in a small bowl. Add sugar and flour and continue to beat until all the ingredients are mixed well. Cover and set to refrigerate for 60 minutes.
  2. Place a nonstick skillet over low-med heat. Grease with olive oil. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of batter into the center and rotate the pan to cover the bottom. Cook for 20 seconds until the top appears cooked and dry. Remove from the skillet and place in on a wire rack to cool. Continue making the wraps with the batter in the same way. When cool, stack the wraps with wax paper in between them.
  3. Combine soup, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Remove ¼ cup and set aside. In the remaining soup, add asparagus, ham and chicken. Stir and combine well. Spoon this mixture on each wrap and roll it up. Place in a greased baking pan (tucked upside down). Continue with the remaining wraps in the same manner.
  4. Spoon the reserved soup mixture over the wraps. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese to cover.
  5. Set to bake for 20 minutes at 376 degrees F.
  6. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and whipped cream. Remove wraps and spread this over the wraps. Add the remaining parmesan cheese on the top and broil for another 3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.

  • Garlic (minced), 2 tsp
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • Onion (diced), ½ cup
  • Chicken (cubed), 1 lb

  • 1 large-sized sweet potato (spiralized), 2 ½ cups
  • Chicken broth or water, ½ cup
  • Spinach, 2 cups
  • Paprika, 1 tsp

  • All-purpose seasoning, 1 tsp
  • Cayenne, ½ tsp

Preparation

  1. Place a large pan over low-med heat. Sauté onion, garlic, bacon, peppers, sweet potato and chicken together. Cook for 8 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  2. Add water (or broth), spinach, and seasoning. Stir and continue cooking for 3-5 minutes.
  3. When done, grease a 9 x 9 pan and transfer all contents to it.
  4. Add all the eggs in a bowl and whisk them together. Pour it over the top of the mixture in the pan.
  5. Set to bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F. You can even cover and bake.
  6. If the eggs are not cooked and set, continue cooking for 10 more minutes.
  7. Your casserole is ready to be served!

  • Green onion (sliced), 4 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley (minced), 2 tbsp
  • Salt, ½ tsp

  • Black pepper (ground), ¼ tsp
  • Celery seed, ½ tsp
  • Cooked chicken (cubed), ½ cup

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add onion, tarragon, and parsley and mix. Season with salt and pepper and continue mixing to incorporate together.
  3. Place a skillet over low-med heat. Add butter and let it melt. Add mushrooms and sauté for a minute. Add egg mixture on the top and let it set.
  4. Add celery seed and chicken on the top and fold from one side and place it over the other.
  5. Lift and flip and cook on the other side.
  6. When the eggs are set, remove and serve warm!
