  1. 1 can of tomatoes (diced and undrained)

  6. 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
  7. 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
  8. 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp of olive oil
  10. 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 1/2 tsp of sugar
  13. 1 pound of haddock fillets (sliced into 1-inch pieces)
  14. 1 pound of shrimp 20-40 count (uncooked, peeled, and deveined)
  15. 1 can of clams (chopped and undrained)
  16. 1 can of crabmeat (drained)
  17. 2 tbsp of parsley (minced)

Preparation

  1. Combine the tomatoes, onions, celery sticks, clam juice, tomato paste, vegetable broth, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, bay leaf, Italian seasoning, and sugar in a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 5 hours.
  2. Add in shrimps, crabmeat, and clams into the slow cooker, cover it, and let it cook for 30 minutes more.
  3. Discard the bay leaf, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Ingredients

Polenta:

  1. 2 cups of polenta
  2. 8 cups of boiling water
  3. 2 tsp of salt
  4. 1 cup of sweet corn kernels (frozen)
  5. 1/2 cup of sharp cheddar (shredded)
  6. 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese (shredded)

Shrimp:

  1. 1 pound of raw shrimp (thawed, deveined, peeled, and tail-off)
  2. 1/4 cup of olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp of lime juice
  4. 1 tsp of chili powder
  5. 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  6. 1/4 tsp of salt
  7. 1/8 tsp of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Add polenta into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour 8 cups of boiling water over the polenta.
  3. Put the corn and salt into it and mix to combine.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
  5. Add in cheese.
  6. Combine shrimps and rest of ingredients into a bowl and toss to coat.
  7. Place the marinade in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  8. Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat and add shrimps.
  9. Cook each side of the shrimps for 4 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound of bacon (diced)
  2. 1 1/2 cups of celery (sliced)
  3. 1 cup of onion (sliced)
  4. 1 1/2 cups of green pepper (chopped)
  5. 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  6. 2 cups of chicken broth
  7. 14 oz. can of tomatoes (diced)
  8. 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  9. 2 tsp of salt (kosher)
  10. 1 tsp of thyme leaves (dried)
  11. 1 pound of raw shrimp (cleaned and deveined)
  12. 1 pound of crabmeat (frozen)
  13. 10 oz. of okra (frozen, thawed, and cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces)

Preparation

  1. Crisp the bacon in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Use a slotted spoon to place the bacon in a slow cooker.
  3. Reserve a small amount of bacon fat and throw away the rest.
  4. Put onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic into the skillet, cooking them over medium heat and stirring often, for 10 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetables, tomatoes with liquid, broth, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  6. Add the crabmeat, shrimp, and okra into the slow cooker and cook on low heat for an hour.
  7. Serve.

  1. 4 bacon slices (chopped)
  2. 1 onion (chopped)

  4. 6 cups of chicken stock
  5. 1 cup of corn kernels
  6. 2 potatoes (diced)
  7. 3 celery stalks (diced)
  8. 2 large carrots (diced)
  9. Black pepper to taste

  11. 1 cup of scallops
  12. 1 cup of shrimps (uncooked, peeled, and deveined)
  13. 1/4 pound of halibut (sliced into small pieces)
  14. 12 oz. can of evaporated milk

Preparation

  1. Crisp bacon in a skillet placed over medium heat for 8 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and onion into the skillet, cooking it for 5 minutes.
  3. Place the mixture into a slow cooker.
  4. Add chicken stock next.
  5. Include celery, potatoes, corn, and carrots.

Preparation
